All package prices are based off a 40-person minimum.(Gratuity Not Included) Every additional person over 40 will be charged an agreed upon headcount fee. Events are rated for 2 hours of serving time and 45 minutes of prep ($300 per hour past the agreed upon 2hrs). A $500 deposit is due upon booking of event and the remaining balance o

Events are rated for 2 hours of serving time and 45 minutes of prep ($300 per hour past the agreed upon 2hrs). A $500 deposit is due upon booking of event and the remaining balance one (1) week before event date. Final head count confirmed when remaining balance is due. We provide all napkins, plates, straws & utensils needed for the food we will be serving.
